FITZGERALD, GA (WALB) –
A second man convicted for the murder of a Fitzgerald lottery winner will learn his fate this week.

A jury found Wayan Malik Jordan guilty on 14 charges including malice murder, felony murder and armed robbery.

The murder happened back in January 2016.

Jordan and six others were accused of killing Craigory Burch after Burch won more than 400-thousand dollars on a lottery ticket.

According to District Attorney Brad Rigby, Jordan’s sentencing hearing is Wednesday, March 29 at the Ben Hill County Courthouse.

Nathaniel Baker was the first person who went to trial for this case. He was found guilty and convicted last month.
